The right team can travel—or meet the family where it is
Nationwide, Virtual, and International Intervention Services
The Firm serves families nationally and has worked across 17 countries. Virtual consultation and intervention can expand access when travel, timing, geography, or family participation make an in-person process impractical.
Nashville and Middle Tennessee
The Firm is headquartered in Nashville and provides intervention, family consulting, treatment navigation, monitoring, recovery coaching, and urgent planning for families across Middle Tennessee.
Huntsville and North Alabama
The Firm serves Huntsville and North Alabama from its Nashville headquarters through telephone or video preparation, coordinated travel, and in-person intervention when appropriate. The Firm does not claim a Huntsville office or Alabama storefront.
National intervention and consulting
The Firm works with families across the United States. Location is one factor in planning alongside urgency, treatment destination, family participants, clinical needs, travel, and available local resources.
International experience
The Firm has worked in international contexts involving Canada, Kenya, Morocco, Greece, the Netherlands, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Mexico, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and South Africa. The stated experience spans 17 countries; unnamed countries are not listed until individually verified for publication.
When virtual intervention can work
Virtual work can support assessment, family alignment, preparation, the intervention conversation, placement research, follow-up, and case coordination. It is not appropriate for every risk profile. Local emergency, medical, psychiatric, legal, and transport needs must be planned responsibly.
Common questions
Is virtual intervention less effective?
Format alone does not determine quality. Fit depends on participation, safety, technology, family dynamics, leverage, and the practical path to care.
Do you have offices in every location?
No. The Firm is based in Nashville and travels or works virtually. Local professionals and resources may be coordinated when the case requires them.
Independent professional guidance
Looking for an interventionist—not a treatment-center admissions department?
The Firm is an independent intervention and family-consulting practice. Darren Hobbs, CIP, and Zach Livingston, CIP, CCMI, are named professional interventionists. The assigned team assesses the family’s situation, prepares participants, leads the intervention when appropriate, and evaluates treatment options according to the individual’s needs.
Treatment-center admissions teams determine whether someone fits their program. An independent interventionist helps the family assess the larger situation, prepare an appropriate intervention, and compare treatment options beyond one provider.
Nashville and Middle Tennessee
Local access within an approximate 50-mile operating radius
The Firm is headquartered in Nashville and regularly serves families across Davidson County and nearby Middle Tennessee communities, including Belle Meade, Brentwood, Franklin, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Lebanon, Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Spring Hill, Columbia, Dickson, and Clarksville. These communities describe a practical service area, not additional office locations. Actual travel, personnel, timing, and fees are determined case by case.
