When the situation cannot wait for ordinary availability, request The Firm’s existing urgent professional consultation. This pathway is for rapid family strategy and next-step planning—not emergency medical, psychiatric, poison-control, or law-enforcement response.

True emergency
Call 911 for an overdose, immediate medical danger, violence, imminent physical danger, or another life-threatening emergency. Call or text 988 for suicide or mental-health crisis support; call 911 when danger is immediate.
Prepare before an opioid emergency
Naloxone can temporarily reverse an opioid overdose, but emergency medical care remains necessary. Families concerned about opioid or counterfeit-pill exposure should know how to obtain it, where it is stored, how the specific product is used, and when it expires.

Will my call be confidential?
The Firm treats family inquiries with discretion. We will explain any practical or legal limits that apply to a specific engagement.
Is this an emergency response service?
No. The Firm provides professional consultation and intervention support. It does not replace 911, 988, emergency departments, or local emergency responders.
Independent professional guidance
Looking for an interventionist—not a treatment-center admissions department?
The Firm is an independent intervention and family-consulting practice. Darren Hobbs, CIP, and Zach Livingston, CIP, CCMI, are named professional interventionists. The assigned team assesses the family’s situation, prepares participants, leads the intervention when appropriate, and evaluates treatment options according to the individual’s needs.
Treatment-center admissions teams determine whether someone fits their program. An independent interventionist helps the family assess the larger situation, prepare an appropriate intervention, and compare treatment options beyond one provider.
