Employer and Return-to-Work Recovery Support

Employers manage work. Clinicians manage care. The Firm can coordinate the recovery-accountability layer so a return-to-work plan does not depend on informal promises or inappropriate disclosure.

Separate fitness decisions from recovery coordination

The Firm does not make employment, disability, accommodation, disciplinary, legal, or fitness-for-duty decisions unless separately qualified and lawfully engaged for a defined role. Employers, occupational-health professionals, counsel, clinicians, unions, and licensing bodies retain their responsibilities.

Translate an authorized plan into operations

Where appropriate authorization and professional guidance exist, support may include treatment coordination, appointment and monitoring adherence, recovery coaching, travel planning, documentation of agreed requirements, exception reporting, and scheduled review. Only role-relevant information should be shared.

Build the response before an exception occurs

A workable agreement identifies duration, responsible parties, permitted information, missed-test handling, unexpected-result confirmation, response thresholds, re-evaluation, travel, leave, return-to-work milestones, and exit criteria. The Firm does not guarantee continued employment or any institutional outcome.

The employee remains a person—not a risk file

Accountability should be clear and credible while preserving dignity and access to appropriate care. The purpose is not surveillance for its own sake; it is earlier recognition, safer decisions, and a practical route toward sustained functioning.

Common questions

Does The Firm provide legal or HR advice?

No. Employment law, disability, accommodation, discipline, leave, and policy decisions belong with qualified counsel and responsible workplace professionals.

Can reports omit clinical detail?

The communication plan should limit disclosure to authorized, role-relevant information. The exact standard depends on law, policy, authorization, and the engagement.

A better plan can start with one conversation.
