HIGH-CONFLICT AND URGENT-NEED INTERVENTION
We specialize in high-conflict, time-sensitive and logistically complex cases—including situations involving severe resistance, co-occurring mental health concerns, unsafe dynamics, rapid deterioration, or the need to move a willing client safely to the next level of care.
When a case requires an extraction or rapid transition, we coordinate the safest lawful plan for engagement, transport and admission.
When a case requires an extraction or rapid transition, we coordinate the safest lawful plan for engagement, transport and admission.
The Firm can assemble a multidisciplinary response around the assessed needs of the case. Resources may include physician and clinical consultation, experienced travel nurses, professional transport, treatment-placement coordination and, when circumstances lawfully warrant it, vetted security professionals with military or special-operations backgrounds.
Clinical decisions remain with licensed medical and behavioral-health professionals. Security personnel support safety and logistics; they do not provide clinical care. Every response is individualized, discreet, trauma-informed and coordinated within applicable law and professional scope.
We take on difficult cases that require preparation, persistence and disciplined coordination—situations in which a generic referral or one-size-fits-all intervention is not enough.

Intervention FAQs
-
A professional addiction intervention is a structured, planned conversation designed to help someone struggling with substance use recognize the impact of their addiction and accept treatment. Unlike a spontaneous confrontation, it is guided by a trained Certified Intervention Professional who prepares the family in advance, keeps the conversation focused and compassionate, and helps move the person directly into treatment if they agree to get help.
-
There is no single sign that means it’s time, but common indicators include repeated broken promises to quit or cut back, health, legal, or financial consequences that keep piling up, withdrawal from family and friends, and a growing sense that the family is managing the addiction more than the person is. If your family has tried talking and nothing has changed, that pattern alone is usually reason enough to bring in a professional.
-
On the day of the intervention, family and close friends gather with our interventionist before your loved one arrives, so everyone understands the plan and their role. Each participant shares a prepared statement expressing love and concern along with the specific impact the addiction has had, without blame or ultimatums. Our interventionist guides the conversation, manages any resistance or emotion that comes up, and works to move your loved one toward accepting a treatment plan that is often ready to begin that same day.
-
Yes, when they are properly planned and led by a trained professional. Interventions are not a guarantee, but the structured approach dramatically improves the odds of someone accepting help compared to an unplanned confrontation. In our experience, the strong majority of interventions we conduct end with the person agreeing to enter treatment that same day, and even when someone initially declines, the conversation often becomes the turning point that leads them to accept help later.
