Nationwide and International Addiction Intervention Services

Private, coordinated help wherever your family is located.

The Firm Addiction Consulting works with families across the United States and internationally. Intervention planning, family consultation, treatment navigation, case coordination, and recovery support can often begin virtually. When in-person work is the responsible choice, we develop the travel and operational plan around the family—not around a fixed office location.

Nationwide Intervention Support

Our Nashville base gives families access to a national network of intervention, clinical, medical, transport, recovery, and treatment resources. We can coordinate cases across state lines when family members live in different cities, the person of concern is traveling, or the appropriate program is outside the family's home state.

A nationwide engagement may include virtual family preparation, an in-person intervention, transport coordination, treatment-placement review, communication with authorized professionals, and planning for the transition after admission. Scope is individualized after assessment.

Virtual Intervention and Family Consulting

A virtual process may be appropriate when distance, timing, health, work, cost, or international logistics make an immediate in-person meeting impractical. Virtual work can include confidential assessment, family-system mapping, participant preparation, message development, boundary planning, treatment research, and structured conversations.

Virtual does not mean casual. The same expectations for preparation, privacy, consistency, and safety apply. We determine whether remote work is appropriate based on risk, complexity, family dynamics, technology, and the likelihood that qualified local support will be needed.

International Coordination

The Firm has experience coordinating with families located in multiple countries. International work requires attention to time zones, culture, language, travel, immigration requirements, program availability, medical needs, local law, family authority, and the location of records or decision-makers.

We coordinate responsibly and do not imply that The Firm maintains offices or clinical licenses in every jurisdiction. Local legal, medical, psychiatric, or clinical professionals should be involved when their expertise or authority is required.

When In-Person Work Is Needed

Some situations require physical presence, direct transport support, medical coordination, or qualified local professionals. High-conflict cases, urgent extractions, severe impairment, complicated travel, and heightened safety concerns may require a multidisciplinary response. Depending on the assessed need, The Firm may coordinate with appropriately licensed or qualified intervention, clinical, medical, nursing, transport, treatment, or security professionals.

True emergencies remain the responsibility of emergency services. Call 911 for overdose, immediate medical danger, imminent violence, or another life-threatening emergency. Call or text 988 for suicide or mental-health crisis support; use 911 when danger is immediate.

Start With the Problem, Not the ZIP Code

Tell us where the person of concern and key family members are located, what is happening now, what has already been tried, and whether the need is ordinary, urgent, or immediately dangerous. We will help determine what can be handled virtually, what requires travel, and which qualified local resources should be involved.
