The Firm provides independent case management to organize the moving parts around treatment and recovery. Scope is tailored to the engagement and may include communication, accountability, placement review, transition planning, and coordination with authorized professionals.

• Monitoring agreed milestones and identifying problems before they become full crises
• Coordinating testing, coaching, sober support, or companion services when appropriate
• Maintaining boundaries so the family does not return to rescue, secrecy, or contradictory decision-making
Case management is not psychotherapy, medical care, legal representation, or emergency response. The Firm does not replace licensed providers; we help the system communicate and execute.

Case management can help after intervention, during residential treatment, across multiple levels of care, following relapse, during a return to work or school, or when a professional license, custody matter, or family agreement creates specific accountability needs. The correct recommendation is the one that fits the person and the family—not the one that is easiest to sell. We examine capability, continuity, risks, practical barriers, and the individual’s response over time. Scope and pricing are established after assessment because a weekly coordination case is different from an urgent, travel-intensive engagement.
CONTINUITY AFTER TREATMENT
Discharge is a predictable pressure point. We help clarify who is responsible for appointments, medication follow-through, housing, transportation, work or school, testing, communication, and the response to early warning signs. The objective is not surveillance for its own sake. It is enough structure to support recovery and keep the family from returning to crisis-driven decisions.
