Call 910, Not 911
Immediate Family Crisis Consultation
When an addiction or family crisis cannot wait for normal scheduling, request immediate access to an intervention professional for focused assessment and a practical next-step plan.
What this consultation is for
This service is designed for urgent, non-emergency situations: treatment refusal, a sudden discharge, escalating substance use, a family conflict that is about to close an opportunity for help, or a decision that must be made tonight or over the weekend.
- Clarify the immediate problem and available leverage.
- Identify safety issues that require a different level of response.
- Decide what to say—and what not to say—next.
- Evaluate whether intervention, placement, transport, or family alignment is the next move.
- Leave with defined responsibilities and follow-up steps.
How access works
Select the urgent consultation in Calendly, complete the required payment, and receive confirmation and call instructions. This event has separate availability so urgent access does not depend on ordinary business-hours scheduling.
What this service is not
The Firm is not an emergency dispatcher, ambulance, crisis stabilization unit, or substitute for local emergency services. Call 911 for overdose, immediate medical danger, violence, a weapon, or imminent threat to life. Call or text 988 for suicide or mental-health crisis support in the United States.
Common questions
Why is payment required before confirmation?
The urgent event reserves professional availability outside the normal consultation flow. Calendly completes payment before releasing the confirmed appointment and call instructions.
Will I receive intervention services during the call?
The consultation provides assessment and strategy. Any larger intervention, travel, placement, or ongoing engagement is scoped separately after the call.
A better plan can start with one conversation.
